A few weeks ago I asked if I should keep this skirt, and I was surprised at how many positive responses I got. I have become very used to people saying, "I don't think so Whitney" when I ask if I should keep something because usually it's me trying to keep something from 2001 and make it hip again (which has never worked).
So now that I am going to be keeping this skirt, I decided I should try some more tops with it, and this one seemed to eastery to pass up this time of year. But I can't decide if it looks okay, or if the proportions are off.
Would you say, yes or no to this?

Definitely a keeper. It's got pleats!!!!!!! Always a winner in my eyes :)

I am so glad you opted to keep this skirt. It is perfect with its pale yellow and pleats. And I love it with that shirt!
I don't like the shirt and skirt together. The pink in the shirt clashes with the skirt.
But, as other have suggested above, a brown belt might be a good addition to the outfit!
